Introducing another one of our incredible keynote speakers, Jamie Meade.
Jamie brings over 35 years of educational experience, and is committed to supporting school systems in redesigning education systems and innovative learning experiences in response to the unique needs of today’s learners. As a Southeastern Ohio native, former high school educator, and recently the Vice President and Chief of Staff at Battelle for Kids, Jamie brings an incredibly inspiring message of how we can all impact the hope our students have!
Hope is more than passive, wishful thinking. Hope empowers us to establish meaningful goals, navigate life’s uncertain, ever-changing pathways, and act with agency to build a better future for ourselves and others. Hope can be a powerful resource for overall well-being — but ony if we understand how to tap into it. Jamie will share her latest research on the science of hope, why it matters, and how to cultivate it!
